- Returns of regular merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt for online purchases only.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached.
- Merchandise not meeting these conditions will be returned to sender at additional shipping charges.
- Refunds for free-shipped orders will deduct a flat shipping rate.

To request a return, obtain an RA (return authorization) by email. Put “RA Request” in the subject line and specify the items for return in the email body. Once we get your email, we will approve it with the RA number – not a return label, just a tracking number for returned orders!
